TRAFFIC VIOLATOR SCHOOL DATES

New Haven Adult School offers an 8 hour Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Course that meets the requirements of the court assigned traffic violator school. STUDENTS WILL ATTEND A ONE ALL DAY SATURDAY CLASS

Registration Procedures

1. Student must register in advance at:
New Haven Adult School
600 G Street
Union City, CA 94587

2. Must have court papers with docket number and driver’s license when registering.

3. Pay a fee of $35 (Includes DMV Certificate of Completion)
Phone registration Master Card or Visa are accepted. All others must register in the office. Office hours are 8:00am to
3:00pm AND 5:00pm to 8:00pm.

Students Must be Prompt: Any student arriving late to class or returning late from lunch or any regularly scheduled break will not be allowed in the class. NO exceptions. No Partial Credit Will Be Allowed: Any student refused entry to a class due to tardiness will be referred back to the registrars office to re-schedule his/her class.

Rescheduling A Class: A $10 fee will be charged the first time a class is re-scheduled. Further rescheduling will result in a $35.00 fee. No refunds will be granted for any reasons. There will be a $25.00 charge for any returned check.

Course Completion: Upon completion of the course, each student will be given a copy of the certificate, for your records. NHAS will electronically submit the certificate to the court.
